Role Description

As an Account Leader within our Lenders, Investors, and Insurers team, you will lead and manage key local and regional account relationships to establish Arcadis as a trusted partner and drive growth across managed accounts. You will define and execute account plans for various local and regional accounts. Collaborating with Service Capability Leads, you will identify existing solutions to sell to new clients, inform future market needs, and engage proactively with clients to share insights, innovations, and market perspectives.

Role Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement account plans aligned with Arcadis UK objectives to drive profitable growth.
  • Grow target and existing accounts to meet or exceed revenue, bookings, and margin targets.
  • Understand lender and investor client markets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support strategic priorities like sustainability, energy transition, and digital solutions.
  • Manage local pursuits, contribute to bid/no-bid decisions, and support proposal preparations.
  • Collaborate with Value Proposition Leaders to tailor Arcadis offerings into viable propositions for key accounts.
  • Capture and share client data, including case studies and lessons learned, to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage the pipeline, feed opportunities into the business pipeline, and ensure pursuit flow.
  • Develop relationships within Arcadis to maximize cross-selling and trade-up opportunities.
  • Build and leverage relationships across clients to understand their needs and position Arcadis as a trusted partner.
  • Manage relationships at executive levels and with deal analysts/ managers.
  • Lead and mentor a small account team, coaching Account Executives.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's or professional degree in business, management, or surveying-related field.
  • Strong understanding of consulting, business development, and leadership principles.
  • Broad knowledge of technical due diligence, sustainability, development monitoring, and asset management of real estate assets.
