How you'll make an impact
- Control the renewal process for your clients.
- Gather information from Clients and Prospects using superb communication skills.
- Maintain and grow your book of business by pursuing and securing new business leads.
- Discuss renewal terms openly with customers and explore alternatives.
- Engage with brokers to access the most competitive terms that meet your clients’ objectives.
- Visit clients as needed, showcasing your interpersonal skills.
- Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolving them efficiently and raising concerns with the appropriate team.
- Identify and act upon new business opportunities, using sound judgment to recommend them when appropriate.
About You
- Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/Cert CII.
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance.
- Strong knowledge of the client market and insurance industry network, including London Market, Lloyd’s, and industry contacts.
- Excellent administration skills, with attention to policy documents and processes.
- Exceptional client service focus; the customer is always your top priority.
- Ability to generate and drive new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
- Continuous industry knowledge development and seeking personal growth.
