You will support your peers to meet client demands, achieve renewal retention, and drive growth. You’re driven, hardworking, and business-focused, always keeping our clients at the heart of your actions.

How you'll make an impact
  1. Control the renewal process for your clients.
  2. Gather information from clients and prospects using excellent communication skills.
  3. Maintain and grow your book of business by pursuing and securing new leads.
  4. Discuss renewal terms openly with customers and explore alternatives.
  5. Engage with brokers to access the most competitive terms that meet your clients' objectives.
  6. Visit clients as appropriate, showcasing your interpersonal skills.
  7. Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolving them efficiently and raising concerns with the appropriate team.
  8. Identify and act upon new business opportunities, using sound judgment to recommend them when appropriate.
About You
  • Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII / Cert CII.
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance.
  • Strong understanding of the client market and insurance industry networks, including London Market, Lloyd's, and industry contacts.
  • Attention to detail in administration, policy documents, and processes.
  • Excellent client service focus; prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to generate and drive new business through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Continuous industry knowledge development and seeking personal growth.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
