THE ROLE

An exciting new role for an experienced Account Director within a fast growing promotional staffing agency. If you've got solid experience in handling varied and large scale staffing projects then this could be for you. This is great opportunity for anyone with strong client handling skills, excellent team management and a head for business development.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team, take ownership and direct others as needed to provide the utmost level of client services.
  • Fully train your team on Elevate's processes and ensure they strictly adhere to them.
  • Direct the relationship between the client and agency at senior level, you will be responsible for our larger accounts with support from your team.
  • Interrogate client briefs, understand insight, advise on improvement for a campaign utilizing staffing experience and drive excellent delivery.
  • Create budgets based on client briefs using our rate card and ensuring we hit our margin.
  • Understand fully and manage reconciliation and billing processes from beginning to end. You are familiar with Salesforce tool.
  • Grow the existing client base by identifying and seizing opportunities organically or through new areas of the existing business relationships.
  • Have a strategic point of view on our existing pool of clients and how it could grow.
  • Work with new business development teams to pitch on some accounts.
  • Respond to RFP's (for existing clients) providing innovative propositions and coordinating a high-level response.
  • Show a good understanding of the business environment, your account portfolio and know what makes a ‘good decision' from a commercial point of view.
  • Provide a fun, stimulating and nurturing working environment to help junior team members realise their full potential.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • A first-class listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions.
  • Fully proficient with Excel, previous experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.
  • Commercially savvy with a strong financial acumen.
  • Experiential agency or promotional staffing agency experience at an AD level.
  • Excellent presenting skills, previous experience pitching would be a plus.
  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven team leader.
  • Fluent in English and German.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

This role offers a salary between £50,000 – 55,000 depending on experience.
