Account Director (Facilities & Workspace), London

We are recruiting for an Account Director for a globally recognized FM & Workplace services business. With a truly global reach, they manage and deliver a wide range of services into high-end workspaces for technology, pharma, finance, and professional services industries.

As the Account Director, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  1. Management and delivery of IFM services across multiple buildings
  2. Responsibility for a large P&L (£10 million)
  3. Driving service improvements and ensuring best-in-class IFM delivery
  4. Leadership of the delivery team
  5. Upskilling and developing future leaders
  6. Identifying commercial opportunities & developing contract scope
  7. Building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
