Job Description:

Major Players are working with a leading experiential and partnerships agency that is seeking an Account Director to lead their partnerships team. Projects will include social competitions, integrated brand campaigns, AR and virtual reality experiences, TV documentaries, and films.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards, proactively driving projects forward, and involving wider agency expertise and personnel; ensure all steps and stakeholders are considered in project timelines.
  • Oversee all plans and activations, including rights activation, live events, content creation, influencer engagement, and supplier coordination.
  • Support in managing the capacity of the account teams, keeping work within scope, and monitoring delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth with clients, taking initiative to capitalize on these moments.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including team members' oversight.
  • Lead effective meetings, create agendas, and manage client expectations.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in experiential events and partnerships.
  • Experience working with gaming clients is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level.
  • Established contacts within the industry, with the ability to nurture and grow these relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Solution-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
