Overview of role

As an eCommerce Account Director, you will coordinate and deliver client accounts across platforms, serving as the main campaign activation contact. You’ll manage projects to brief, schedule, and budget, aiming to deliver industry-leading campaigns exceeding client expectations. You will also manage eCommerce Senior Executives and oversee their development.

Our team of 13 works with clients such as Adidas, Science in Sport, Suntory, Innocent, and Tempur. We are looking for a new team member to join our growing London eCommerce Practice.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Senior eCommerce Partner.

Measures of success

In three months, you will have:

  • Led client contacts and internal stakeholders daily.
  • Managed workflow from brief to post-campaign analysis, ensuring operational effectiveness.
  • Understood client objectives and KPIs, optimizing towards them daily.
  • Proposed short- and long-term optimizations for account development.
  • Challenged existing practices with new ideas.
  • Maintained best practices and account hygiene using tools like Pacvue, Amazon Ads, Retail Media Platforms, and others.

In 12 months, you will have:

  • Developed a thorough understanding of client businesses and shaped eCommerce strategies accordingly.
  • Become an extension of client teams, adding value beyond eCommerce.
  • Shown proactivity and leadership that inspires your team.

  • Drive process automation and efficient workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to finance processes.
  • Contribute to strategic revenue and service development.
