Job Description:

We are seeking an Account Director to oversee the planning and execution of advertising and communications campaigns. The role involves collaborating with marketing, creative, production, strategy, finance, and external partners from project inception to delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple campaigns end-to-end with strong project management skills.
• Understanding the strategic purpose of each project and its impact on brand growth.
• Managing integrated 360 campaigns across various media formats.
• Overseeing all deliverables for advertising and communications campaigns.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintaining financial rigor and oversight of account budgets.
• Managing multi-stakeholder marketing teams in fast-paced environments, with pan-market experience preferred.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Writing status reports and verifying work against briefs.
• Aligning briefs with marketing and involving relevant stakeholders.
• Organizing internal briefings and collaborating with strategy teams.
• Partnering with Creative Directors and Executive Producers to deliver high-quality creative work.
• Managing resources, project plans, and budgets to meet project goals.
• Communicating project progress, issues, and expectations with clients.
• Leading client presentations and gathering feedback.
• Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality standards.
• Escalating issues and facilitating resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting financial management and reporting for the account.
• Planning future projects and communicating priorities internally.
• Managing relationships with media and third-party vendors to ensure collaboration.
