An opportunity for an experienced Account Director to enhance their skills and career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage key regional clients and develop new business within industries such as engineering, manufacturing, technology, construction, real estate, energy, renewables, creative sectors, life sciences, private equity, leisure, and retail.
- Focus on client management and business development, supported by dedicated teams for administration, claims, and broking/placement.
- Operate in a hybrid model with home-based work and regular office attendance, handling clients with fees or commissions of £5,000-£10,000 or more.
- Target a 10% growth in your book, with potential bonuses for exceeding targets.
