We are seeking a dynamic Account Director to manage new business and existing revenue for a select number of Strategic Carrier Partners at VMO2 Fixed Wholesale! The ideal candidate will excel in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth, maintaining, and elevating customer happiness while representing our products and services. This role involves leading virtual teams across pre-sale, delivery, and in-life stages to ensure customer and account success.
We are looking for a new business hunter with a strong business development mentality, excellent senior partner management, and a deep understanding of the Fixed Wholesale telecoms' market, specifically Carrier and Infrastructure Builders. As an Account Director, you will also be accountable for contributing to an excellent Net Promoter Score (NPS) by driving team efforts toward customer excellence!
