This role involves leading virtual teams across pre-sale, delivery, and in-life stages to ensure customer and account success.
We are looking for a new business hunter with a strong business development mentality, excellent senior partner management skills, and a deep understanding of the Fixed Wholesale telecoms market, specifically Carrier and Infrastructure Builders. The Account Director will also be responsible for contributing to a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by driving team efforts toward customer excellence.
