Job Title: Account Director

Location: London

Rate of Pay: £60,000 per annum + amazing benefits

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting an Account Director to oversee operations at a high-end media site.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  1. Food and Service Development:
    • Ensure consistent delivery of food and service standards across all London locations.
    • Support the Group Manager in setting expectations and maintaining high standards.
    • Review and improve service and food offerings, providing feedback and implementing necessary changes.
    • Collaborate with the CPU on menus, marketing strategies, and communication.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Conduct regular review meetings with the Group Manager and clients to ensure targets are met.
  3. Finance:
    • Achieve financial targets within the budget.
    • Identify strategies to address budget shortfalls.
    • Monitor costs and interpret financial systems to measure performance.
  4. Team Management and Development:
    • Support structured communication and team development.
    • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
    • Provide performance management and training to team members.
    • Manage staff turnover and sickness trends.
  5. Sales:
    • Collaborate on business plans to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Work with sales and creative teams to enhance site exposure.
