The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be capable of executing multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and providing reports. Comfort with managing small to large media spends is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients on TikTok & Meta platforms
- Building trusted relationships with clients and serving as their main contact
- Developing and implementing influencer partnership strategies to drive client growth
- Creating innovative TikTok Shop strategies to enhance growth and revenue for TikTok Shop clients
- Overseeing TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring smooth integration across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
- Guiding clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization and leveraging platform features
- Providing creative feedback for client campaigns
- Acting as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients
- Briefing content through our creation process, collaborating with in-house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers
- Recommending and planning budgets for campaigns
- Proposing new business opportunities
- Managing and developing a team of Account Managers and Executives
What you’ll bring:
- Expertise in TikTok, with a thorough understanding of the platform
- Proactive relationship-building skills and willingness to travel for client meetings
- Agency experience with a successful account management track record
- Solid knowledge of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate marketing to drive GMV
- Leadership experience
- A passion for paid campaigns
- Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
- Experience creating effective media plans
- Experience managing multiple brands in-house or within an agency
- Strong creative sense for content that converts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support or advice on live production
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including outreach and performance tracking
