Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive account growth. As the senior point of contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, ensuring the successful delivery of Kindred’s services across the OEM, Telco and Media sectors. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of client business needs and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term engagement leveraging Kindred’s leading technology solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee strategic plans and initiatives that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client objectives and deadlines.
  • Budget Management: Oversee account budgets, forecasts, and profitability while ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working within a technology focused company.
  • 3 – 5 years of account management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering strategic results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate, programmatic ecosystem or SaaS products.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to generate data-informed decisions from self-conducted research
  • Excellent client-facing skills; strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
