The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.
Ideally, you will manage multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, budget management, optimization, reporting, and working with varying media spends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients on TikTok & Meta
- Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their main contact
- Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to drive client growth
- Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to boost growth and revenue for TikTok Shop clients
- Oversee TikTok Shop campaign execution, ensuring integration across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
- Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization, shoppable content, and platform features
- Provide creative feedback for client campaigns
- Act as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients
- Coordinate content creation with in-house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers
- Recommend and plan budgets for campaigns
- Develop proposals for new business opportunities
- Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives
What you’ll bring:
- Expertise in TikTok, with a thorough understanding of the platform
- Proactive in building strong client relationships and open to travel for meetings
- Agency experience managing successful accounts
- Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate marketing to drive GMV
- Experience leading a team
- Passion for working on paid campaigns
- Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
- Experience creating effective media plans
- Experience working with multiple brands, either in-house or at an agency
- Good eye for creative that converts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop Live sessions and supporting or advising on live production
- Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including commission structures and performance tracking
