We leverage these insights to assist brands in reaching new audiences, increasing their TikTok followers and engagement, and producing compelling content that captures attention.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be capable of executing multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and reporting results. Comfort with both small and large media spends is essential.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients across TikTok & Meta
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, serving as their main contact
  • Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to foster client growth
  • Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to enhance growth and revenue for TikTok Shop clients
  • Oversee TikTok Shop campaign execution, ensuring integration across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
  • Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization and platform feature utilization
  • Provide creative feedback for client campaigns
  • Serve as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients
  • Coordinate content creation with in-house TikTok creators, freelancers, and influencers
  • Recommend and plan budgets for campaigns
  • Prepare proposals for new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives

What you’ll bring:

  • Expertise in TikTok platform and advertising
  • Proactive in building strong client relationships and willing to travel for meetings
  • Agency experience with successful account management
  • Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate programs
  • Leadership experience within a team
  • Passion for working on paid campaigns
  • Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
  • Experience creating effective media plans
  • Experience working with multiple brands, either in-house or agency
  • Good creative eye for content that converts
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support for live production
  • Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including outreach and performance tracking
