Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience working in a full-service or digital agency environment in a client services role
- Passionate about all things marketing and strategy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident coordinating timelines and schedules
- Accurately understands and executes project and creative briefs

Duties:
- Managing the relationship with clients and delivering first-class levels of customer service
- Managing client campaigns, ensuring all elements are built, implemented, and managed on time and to budget
- Progressing marketing activity prescribed for the client
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns for clients while keeping up to date with the latest trends
- Keeping in touch with clients at key points and proactively reporting results to them
- Dealing with account issues and resolving them with the help of internal teams
- Quality assuring the information we receive and send to the client
- Documenting your work with each client including the use of our job CRM system
- Reviewing results with the team to ensure everything is on track for the client
- Identifying opportunities for growth with clients and ensuring profitability of accounts
- Getting to know clients and their wider business, ensuring we are positioned as a key partner and extension of their team
- Occasional travel to client meetings
