Central London
Up to £85,000 + £5k car allowance

Are you looking to make a real impact in the facilities management industry? A leading player in the sector is currently looking for an Account Director to join their growing team in Central London, where you will lead the delivery of total facilities management across a prestigious legal client's UK portfolio, including a major office move.

The Role

As the Account Director, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

  1. Lead a corporate TFM account spanning multiple UK locations (London, Milton Keynes, Glasgow, Edinburgh)
  2. Oversee and manage the client's relocation including all FM mobilisation and demobilisation phases
  3. Drive continuous improvement across the contract through innovation, financial management, and leadership of a high-performing team

You

To be successful in the role of Account Director, you'll bring the following skills and experience:

  1. 5+ years' operational experience managing large corporate FM accounts, ideally within professional services environments
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with the ability to manage a multi-million-pound budget
  3. An engineering qualification (HND or above) and hands-on experience with TFM service delivery and compliance
