We’re currently recruiting for a high-impact Account Director for a globally recognized Managed Service Provider.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Location: London, Hybrid

Package: £50,000-£70,000 basic + Double OTE + 3x Performance Bonuses + 2 Commission Accelerator Schemes

What you’ll be doing:
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges, uncover pain points, and identify solution opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure, driving consistent performance against revenue targets and pipeline objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering valuable insights and maintaining long-term client relationships while uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
  • Attend and host client engagements through meetings, webinars, workshops, and licensing assessments, providing expert guidance on optimal technology solutions and licensing strategies.
Main Skills/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven success in full-cycle (360) sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT consultancy, or Value Added Reseller (VAR) environment is essential.
  • Experience selling Cisco and/or Microsoft solutions is highly essential and will be a strong asset in this role.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environment.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required for client meetings and on-site engagements.
