Account Direction:
  1. Shape the long-term strategic direction of the account, ensuring current activities and budgets create future opportunities.
  2. Contribute to brainstorms and develop strategic and creative directions.
  3. Ensure programmes reflect and adapt to external issues and changes.
  4. Maintain staff ownership and responsibility for projects.
  5. Provide strategic oversight and advise clients on external factors and planning.
  6. Stay informed about outside issues impacting programmes and objectives.
  7. Implement client appraisal mechanisms and ensure outcomes are achieved.
  8. Monitor account financial status and ensure profitability.
  9. Review and forecast budgets accurately.
  10. Negotiate and establish financial arrangements with clients.
Client Liaison:
  1. Participate in developing client marketing strategies.
  2. Maintain social contact with client personnel regarding account direction and issues.
  3. Serve as a consultant/adviser to clients alongside the Creative Director.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely financial management within the team.
Growing Existing Business:
  1. Develop a thorough understanding of all Sudler London offerings.
  2. Create opportunities to grow existing business within current clients and other WPP Health & Wellness companies.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
New Business:
  1. Identify new prospects and develop strategies to pursue them.
  2. Lead and present at new business pitches.
People Management:
  1. Lead and motivate staff to reach their potential and take responsibility.
  2. Conduct appraisals and monitor objectives.
  3. Recommend staff development and resource allocation to the Managing Director.
  4. Participate in hiring and training new staff.
  5. Ensure team understands client values and profiles.
