Account Director 60,000- 65,000 + Bonus Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Location: Greater London / Home Counties

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to join a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in promotional merchandise, branded marketing, or creative campaign management, who thrives in a client-facing, solutions-led position.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage key client relationships, delivering innovative promotional merchandise solutions
Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion across multiple channels
Work cross-functionally with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure brand consistency
Develop account growth strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and drive client satisfaction
Manage budgets, deadlines, and internal resources, ensuring all projects meet expectations
Provide exceptional service and act as a trusted advisor to clients

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager.
Strong track record in managing complex client accounts and delivering successful campaigns
Excellent communication and commercial skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
Confident managing multiple projects and leading internal teams
Comfortable with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
