As the Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our client's relationships with key blue-chip customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    1. Lead, coach, and mentor the Operations Team Analysts.

    3. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  2. Strategic Direction:
    1. Contribute to the organisation's strategic direction.
    2. Identify opportunities for organic growth and recommend process improvements.
  3. Customer Engagement:
    1. Conduct regular meetings to ensure efficient project progress.
    2. Collaborate with customers to negotiate contractual terms and manage deliverables.
  4. Financial Management:
    1. Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    2. Assist in setting financial targets and managing customer budgets.
  5. Promote Sustainable Practices:
    1. Advise customers on effective water management strategies.
    2. Support initiatives that promote sustainability in water usage.
