This brilliant 20-strong agency is looking for an Account Director who’s not just great at keeping plates spinning, but genuinely enjoys the work—and wants to be hands-on in making it better

This isn’t a role for someone who just delegates and checks in from a distance. They're after someone who’s happy getting involved in the detail, who brings ideas to the table, and who wants to contribute—not just manage. You’ll be leading on a couple of b2c clients, including one of the biggest in the golf sector - so if you know the game (or just appreciate a solid 7-iron), that’s a bonus.

As an agency, they work across a wide range of integrated campaigns, devise brand strategies and cover all of the activation from social, websites, content and eCRM.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building strong relationships with your clients; getting to know their business inside out, and becoming someone they trust to get things done properly.
  • Turning briefs into something the creative team can really run with.
  • Working across channels—digital, video, design, and media - and keeping everything moving smoothly.
  • Partnering with our strategy team to make sure the thinking is solid and the work delivers.
  • Supporting the team around you—offering guidance, clarity, and the odd pep talk when needed.

We think you’ll need:

  • A few years’ experience as an Account Director (or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up).
  • Confidence in running integrated campaigns and leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • A solid grip on budgets, scopes, and timelines - you’re comfortable in the numbers.
  • A proactive, sleeves-up attitude. You're happy mucking in when it’s needed, and you lead by example.
  • A people-first approach - you like working as part of a team, and you help make the team stronger.
