Job Description
The Account Development Representative will provide key outbound prospecting and lead development for Copperleaf IFS in the UK and Europe. The candidate must be knowledgeable in Service Management, Asset Management, and ERP Applications as they relate to targeted prospects and customer needs. The candidate must exhibit the knowledge and confidence needed to establish Copperleaf IFS as a potential prospect.
Responsibilities
- Engage in conversations of value based on research and understanding of the prospect and IFS.
- Create opportunities within prospects by illustrating areas for improvement, optimization, or automation. Work with pre-sales and BVE teams to underpin these opportunities with business cases.
- Utilize Pre-Call Planning methods to understand the prospect and why Copperleaf IFS is a viable solution for them.
- Develop cold accounts into warm and targeted accounts through various efforts, providing value while targeting specific industries identified by IFS.
- Work alongside Sales Representatives to set meetings and penetrate targeted accounts.
- Navigate ‘Gatekeepers’ to gain access to relevant decision-makers within prospective organizations.
- Understand the functional competitive advantages of Copperleaf IFS and customize messaging to gain traction.
- Convert key targeted accounts into the sales pipeline and develop opportunities for ongoing relationship building.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing campaigns based on account plans developed with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams.
- Maintain high levels of communication via outbound calls, emails, and social media to engage prospects and qualify sales opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with target accounts and demonstrate value in working with Copperleaf IFS.
- Ask open-ended questions to uncover needs, learn more about prospects, and better qualify leads.
- Keep accurate electronic records of calls and contacts, updating prospect status within contact management applications.
- Communicate internally about outreach status and set meetings.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in software telemarketing, inside sales, or software sales.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to quickly understand Copperleaf IFS and its application benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone.
- Experience with contact management applications, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with CRM and automation tools is a plus but not required.
