Account Development Manager - Southampton, Portsmouth, Guildford

Selling beer to pubs. A straightforward statement, but what makes a great Account Development Manager (ADM) stand out is passion.

Your passion for the hospitality industry is key. While every pub and bar needs a good range of beers, you'll be working in a competitive market. Your enthusiasm for the industry and the brands you represent will drive your success.

If you're looking to start your career in the beverage industry, this is a great opportunity. You'll be out and about daily, engaging with pub owners to ensure our brands, such as Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, and London Pride, are well represented in your territory.

We will give you ownership of approximately 140-190 outlets, where you will be the main point of contact. While this may seem like a lot, we have the support infrastructure to help you succeed. Your main responsibilities will be to retain and grow these accounts, working with venue owners to ensure their continued success through our brands.
