Overview

Role: Account Development Executive
Location: Stockton on Tees (office Based)
Reports to: Head of Sales, UK
Hours: Full time

The Role
  • Make outbound calls to potential, low-spend, and dormant customers.
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored IT and AV product solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, process orders, and generate quotes.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, and finance teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Contribute to team targets and share insights on customer needs and market trends.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven.
  • Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
