A leading insurance firm based in Maidstone is seeking a candidate to build and maintain relationships with a panel of brokers. This hybrid role requires strong sales and communication skills, focusing on business growth within the commercial insurance market. The purpose of this role is for you to build and maintain long-term sustainable trading relationships with a defined panel of brokers. You will be the primary point of contact for these brokers, coordinating Allianz’s proposition to market, and enabling profitable growth of the account in line with branch and team plans.
This is a hybrid role based in our Maidstone office, with the expectation to be on-site two days per week.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £35,000 per annum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

In this dynamic role, you will lead broker relationships across the UK, focusing on Maidstone and London panels. You'll drive business growth through innovative sales and product strategies while collaborating with Allianz teams to elevate our market presence.
