Permanent Vacancy – Account Coordinator (Polish)

Location: Watford, WD18 (Hybrid)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: from £28,000 to £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm

The position will build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the lead point of contact for dedicated customers.

1. Serve as lead point of contact for clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, finding solutions, communicating updates, and handling transactional sales opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, and proactively address client retention and growth.
3. Monitor service, equipment, and consumable contracts to ensure execution of Terms & Conditions, including profitability approved by the business.
4. Evaluate the customer’s current service plan and provide recommendations based on the client’s needs and suite of products.
5. Monitor clients' recurring revenue trends while driving efficiencies through the entire ordering process and educating and encouraging the use of Partner Place.
6. Partner with internal departments, processes, and stakeholders, including Service, Invoicing, Implementation, Contracts, Incident Handling, Engineering, and Credit and Collections.
7. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify upsell opportunities and referrals while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with the current product portfolio.
8. Assess client needs and find creative solutions to manage challenging customer requests and escalations.

Criteria:

• Fluent to a business proficiency, both written and spoken, in Polish.
• Experience in customer service or a client coordination role.
• Additional language skills in German, Spanish, Italian, French, Hebrew, or Dutch are advantageous but not essential.
