Permanent Vacancy – Account Coordinator (Polish)

Location: Watford, WD18 (Hybrid)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: from £28,000 to £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm

The position involves building and maintaining strong client relationships by serving as the lead point of contact for dedicated customers.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, finding solutions, communicating updates, and handling transactional sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, proactively addressing client retention and growth.
  • Monitor service, equipment, and consumable contracts to ensure execution of Terms & Conditions, including profitability as approved by the business.
  • Evaluate the customer’s current service plan and provide tailored recommendations based on their needs and product suite.
  • Monitor clients' recurring revenue trends, drive efficiencies through the ordering process, and promote the use of Partner Place.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Service, Invoicing, Implementation, Contracts, Incident Handling, Engineering, and Credit and Collections.
  • Work with the Sales team to identify upsell opportunities and referrals, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement with the current product portfolio.
  • Assess client needs and develop creative solutions to manage challenging requests and escalations.

Criteria:

  • Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken, at a business proficiency level.
  • Experience in customer service or client coordination roles.
  • Additional language skills in German, Spanish, Italian, French, Hebrew, or Dutch are advantageous but not essential.
