Job Description - CONTRACT - Account Coordinator for Award winning Loyalty Marketing Agency - WFH

We are seeking a capable and enthusiastic Account Coordinator to work collaboratively across the various client accounts in EMEA as well as provide support in digital helpdesk and back office operations.

This is a contractor role for 12 months and is a Work from home role where you must supply your own laptop and suitable work environment at home. You will ideally be based in the UK or Ireland but Western Europe timezone is also suitable.

The Account Coordinator will work closely with the Account Director and Account Manager to provide both client and program support.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly organised and enjoys working in a fast paced remote environment, capable of multi-tasking and is motivated by the opportunity to have broad exposure to all facets of loyalty program management. In return the business offers the successful candidate the ability to grow and develop under strong and supportive management.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting the Account Manager and Account Director in the day to day management of clients and their projects including regular update calls and meetings.
  • Production and traffic management of promotional campaigns, including assisting writing creative briefs and copy and liaising with the creative team.
  • Uploading of website content, promotional campaigns and weekly data feeds onto the loyalty program’s CMS.
  • Management of weekly / monthly email communications to participants, deploying through a campaign management tool and reporting on click through and open rates.
  • Manage translations with an external supplier, as and when required.
  • Update and circulate weekly project status reports to the team and client.
  • Support the AM as required and with administrative tasks, including taking meeting minutes, producing contact reports, etc.
  • Attending key conference calls and meetings with the client.
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues, clients and external suppliers.
  • Provide assistance with weekly and monthly reporting on the program performance.
  • If required provide Member Service desk support to investigate and deal with program participant enquiries and assist in managing client helpdesk queries to closure.
  • Liaising with the Fulfilment & Rewards Team on rewards catalogues and ad hoc requirements.
  • Respond to client requests as they arise.

Ideally, you will need:

2-3 years experience in an customer service environment or marketing agency environment, with sound skills in Google Workspace (formerly G-suite) (intermediate level);

  • Experience in managing corporate accounts with a sound understanding of workflow and data management requirements.
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, including attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work unsupervised, and within a team environment;
  • Problem solving skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of spreadsheets.
