  • Performance Oversight: Monitor sales performance, providing feedback to both store staff and management to ensure targets are met.
  • Store Visits: Conduct regular visits to stores to assess staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with store teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as updating records, coordinating schedules, and responding to store requests.
  • Excel and Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to track key metrics, including sales performance and team productivity. Prepare detailed reports for management and analysis.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and work closely with store management to address any performance issues or operational hurdles.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy role, with the skills and experience to match:

  • Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle a range of administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Organisational Abilities: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Advanced Excel: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing teams and driving performance, particularly in a retail or store environment.
  • Performance Management: Ability to monitor, review, and improve employee performance in areas such as timekeeping, grooming, and sales.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to anticipate store needs and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure: Effectively managing a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible Schedule: Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends as part of a rotational weekend schedule.
