About Us:
My client are a forward-thinking Accountancy Practice seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant who has a background in practice and is looking to further their career in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare year-end accounts, management accounts, and financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Visit client premises to provide on-site support and develop strong working relationships.

Advise clients on tax compliance, tax planning, and other financial matters.

Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met accurately and on time.

Assist with the preparation and submission of VAT returns and corporation tax computations.

Review work completed by junior staff and provide training and guidance as needed.

Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and other relevant regulations.

Skills and Experience Required:

Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA/ACCA with experience working in an accountancy practice.

Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Proven ability to prepare financial statements and handle client queries confidently.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.

Ability to manage multiple client relationships and work to tight deadlines.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
