The Role:
We re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will help keep our financial operations running smoothly, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the wider team with financial tasks.

What You ll Do:

  1. Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records, including updating ledgers and databases.
  3. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  4. Support with account reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  5. Dealing with payroll processing and managing staff expenses.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  7. Assist with audits and provide support for other financial tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone who is:

  1. Well-organized and able to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.
  2. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  4. A good communicator in English.
  5. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, we offer full training.
  6. Some experience in HR and payroll functions is preferred.
