Job summary

The Role

Based full time in our Milton Keynes office, in this administrative role, you will play a vital part in the smooth operation of our Logistics Department, ensuring the efficient management of stock and the safe, timely delivery of goods to clients and manufacturers. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will bring your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to the forefront, contributing to the streamlined flow of stock within Ekco.

Day-to-day At Ekco
  • Prepare weekly ad-hoc stock reports, aiding in the accurate management of stock.
  • Monitor stock levels for new starter equipment and promptly request replenishment as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, guaranteeing precision and reliability.
  • Generate daily lists of equipment required by the builds team, facilitating seamless workflow.
  • Handle last‑minute equipment requests from clients with agility and responsiveness.
  • Physically pack shipments daily, ensuring items are securely and efficiently prepared for delivery.
  • Assist in retrieving stock for internal colleagues throughout the day, maintaining a seamless workflow.
  • Address issues with lost or damaged shipments by initiating follow‑up communication with clients.
  • Coordinate collections and deliveries, keeping clients and manufacturers informed at all stages.
  • Monitor the Lighthouse ticket queue to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Produce both internal and external reports, contributing to well‑informed decision‑making.
  • Keep a watchful eye on the goods‑in email inbox, ensuring efficient response times.
