General Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Key account administration for large security contracts
  • Finance liaison for aged debt management
  • Administrative support to the admin team
  • Support in customer meetings for service-related queries
  • Ensure smooth reporting internally and externally
  • Manage service stats, outstanding calls, further actions, and follow-ups
  • Manage internal dashboards
  • Produce billing, including daily invoicing, renewals, consolidated invoices, and manual invoicing for service and installation teams
  • Report to senior managers
  • Oversee customer portals and ensure SLA adherence with Admin
  • Develop long-term relationships with internal and external teams
  • Manage cost analysis with the department head, ensuring timely billing of external costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support sales teams in account management
Key Duties:
  • Oversee all account admin duties to meet SLA/KPI targets
  • Costing and closing daily calls, owning the numbers
  • Analyze dashboards
  • Manage cash flow and keep records updated
  • Produce billing via customer portals
  • Ensure correct site setup for invoicing
  • Manage daily portal and dashboard activities
  • Track open calls and coordinate with Service to meet service levels
  • Ensure proper use of portals and accurate postings to cash
  • Manage open purchase orders with procurement
  • Support sales and service administration
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficient in PC applications, Word, Excel, and in-house systems
  • Experience in the electronic fire and security industry is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in project administration and sales administration is desirable
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and new contract wins
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Experience working in a busy office environment with strict deadlines and excellent customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills and flexibility to handle ad hoc requests
  • Full training will be provided as needed
