A dedicated social service organization is seeking an Accommodation Support Officer to manage caseloads of participants and assist with housing needs. Responsibilities include creating personalized accommodation plans and conducting initial assessments. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to support diverse backgrounds. Job Role: Join our team as an Accommodation Support Officer and support our participants with their housing needs. You'll work with a caseload of adult males either residing within a custody environment or on license within the community. In partnership with probation practitioners, you'll complete initial assessments to understand their specific needs, and then create tailored accommodation plans through an agreed number of interventions. This includes ensuring participants are aware of decisions that affect them and informing them of their rights within the process.
