Job description

Join our team as an Accommodation Support Officer and support our participants with their housing needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
  2. Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation, and need.
  3. Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.
  4. Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
  5. Work with a diverse range of people from various backgrounds, providing person-focused services.
  6. Partner with probation practitioners to complete assessments and create tailored accommodation plans through interventions.
  7. Ensure participants are informed of decisions affecting them and their rights within the process.
  8. Build and maintain effective professional relationships with participants and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience or knowledge of Accommodation (including legislation) – desirable.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Experience or knowledge of the Criminal Justice System.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Additional Information

We offer a competitive salary starting from £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with benefits such as:
