Join our team as an Accommodation Support Officer and support our participants with their housing needs.

We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Accommodation Support Officers, working across both custodial (HMP) and community settings. This dynamic role is essential in supporting individuals as they transition from prison back into the community, helping them secure and sustain stable accommodation. Successful candidates will work closely with prison staff, probation services, housing providers, and local authorities to assess housing needs, develop resettlement plans, and provide ongoing support post release. Key Responsibilities

• Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system

• Experience or knowledge of Accommodation (incl. legislation) - desirable
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Experience or knowledge of the work of the Criminal Justice System
• Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
