About the role

We are looking for a Shift Manager to work in our accommodation department at the Bognor Regis resort. Reporting to the Productivity Manager, the Shift Manager will ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled by overseeing tasks and objectives, managing team placement to meet fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high standards and guest experience. You will support and coach the team to deliver excellent service, driving targets such as add-on sales or promotions. This is a guest-facing operational role, with non-guest tasks allocated within your working hours.

This role involves a 5-day workweek over 7 days, with shifts between 8am and midnight, requiring flexibility. A valid UK driving license is desirable. The role demands quick thinking, hands-on involvement, and prioritizing guest experience above all.

You should have prior experience managing teams in busy, fast-paced settings, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
