The University of Bristol invites applications for an Accommodation Commercial Performance Manager to lead the commercial performance of its accommodation portfolio, comprising around 9,000 beds and generating more than £80m in annual income.

You will use data, market insight and commercial analysis to drive occupancy, revenue and customer outcomes across student, staff and short-stay accommodation, shaping pricing, demand management, marketing and product development.

Aufgaben

• Analyse occupancy, demand, booking and market data to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Develop recommendations on pricing, inventory management, campaigns and channel strategy.
• Lead commercial initiatives to address occupancy challenges and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and wider housing conditions to inform decision making.
• Produce reports, forecasts and business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with colleagues across operations, systems, service design, admissions and finance to deliver commercial objectives.
• Develop and maintain commercial processes, controls and performance measures.
• Support long-term planning through demand forecasting, performance analysis and continuous improvement activity.
