At our Peterborough sites, we currently offer two types of accommodation, each tailored to meet different local needs. While both provide the same essential support services, they are set within unique environments, offering access to a variety of on-site and nearby facilities to help young people thrive and grow in independence.

About the role

As an Accommodation Project Worker, you’ll help young people build the skills they need to live independently, offering support through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming space where residents feel at home, while also pitching in with the day-to-day running of the service.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable manner and a focus on excellent face-to-face support.
  • A clear understanding of confidentiality and the importance of professional boundaries.
  • Able to work in a respectful, non-judgemental, and inclusive way.
  • Confident and positive when engaging with young people, building trust and rapport.
  • Stays calm and focused under pressure, even in challenging situations.
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools in day-to-day tasks.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours You will be contracted to 40 Hours Per Week. This is a combination of Early Shifts (8am-4:30pm) mid shift (11am-7:30pm) and Late Shifts (1:30pm-10pm). The role also included working alternate weekends and includes on call duties.

What we offer

Annual salary £25,604.80.
