About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate person to join our Accommodation & Guest Services Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis.

You will support the Accommodation department by accepting linen deliveries and distributing clean linen to our Hotels & Villages on busy check-in days, Mondays and Fridays.

You will deliver items requested by guests and liaise with the Guest Services team to resolve accommodation-related issues. The role involves using radio communication and receiving jobs via our in-house system on a handheld device for tasks like carpet cleaning. Please note, this is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting.

We are seeking team members for our Accommodation & Cleaning team as accommodation porters. No experience is necessary; we provide all the training needed. Applicants must be over 18.

Working with a supportive team, you'll gain skills and confidence to perform a variety of duties. The role involves 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with Mondays and Fridays as essential working days. Shift patterns vary between 12pm - midnight on Mondays and Fridays, and 9am - 11pm on other days.

Key Responsibilities

Being a great team player and enjoying a busy environment are essential. No two days are the same, so flexibility and communication skills are important.
