The role

Join Our Team as an Accommodation Manager!

Are you ready to lead and inspire? As an Accommodation Manager, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant student and keyworker communities. You'll manage and upskill a dynamic team, provide top-notch support, and travel between our exciting sites.

Your role will include:
  • Crafting and managing the annual site budget
  • Keeping financial records in check
  • Maximizing income by managing rent arrears and supporting residents
You'll also ensure high occupancy levels by managing voids, collaborating with partners, and driving local marketing initiatives. Plus, you'll lead community events and promote a cohesive living environment.

Working closely with our surveying team, you'll oversee repairs and maintain optimal stock levels. Compliance with health and safety regulations is a must, and you'll embed a performance-driven culture while managing relationships with the NHS and universities.

You must possess a full clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle !

What you'll have
  • Strong Management skills and experience.
  • Understanding of NHS hospital Key Worker accommodation services or similar, including best practice, the regulatory framework and relevant legislation within which Registered Providers operate.
  • Knowledge of IT systems for the management of residential lettings, customer contacts, property management and compliance.
  • Understanding health and safety and compliance in a residential setting.
  • Strong Budget management skills
  • Customer focussed
