Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is hiring an Assistant Accommodation Manager to partner with the Accommodation Manager in delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all park accommodation. You will help drive smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction while coaching a diverse team.

This role requires hands-on leadership, weekend/evening availability, and a full UK driving licence. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training, oversee day-to-day operations and collaborate

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing teams in hospitality or operations.
• The ability to coordinate complex daily business operations.
• Experience with forecasting labour and resource planning.
• A leadership style that inspires and supports diverse teams.
• The ability to perform hands-on cleaning tasks and physical work.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Confident using standard IT systems and applications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and training Accommodation team members.
• Help build and maintain a positive team culture focused on high standards.
• Support the Accommodation Manager with team structure, delegation and clarity of responsibilities.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, 1-2-1s and encourage team development.
• Support engagement initiatives and team recognition.
• Coordinate cleaning operations across all accommodation types.
• Carry out spot checks and inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Monitor daily performance and help prepare action plans for continuous improvement.
• Work with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to support check-ins, repairs and guest requests.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and resolve issues with minimal disruption.

• Assisting in the daily coordination of cleaning operations across all accommodation types.
• Carrying out regular spot checks and inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Monitoring daily performance and helping prepare action plans to support continuous improvement.
• Working closely with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to support check-ins, repairs, guest requests, and special requirements.
• Responding promptly and professionally to guest queries, helping resolve issues with minimal disruption.
