Job description

Role: Accessories Production Coordinator

Reports to: Accessories Production Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Start Date: November 2025

Job Purpose:To Help ensure the on-time delivery of leather goods and Accessories bulk production within the required delivery window, to quality and ethical standards set by the business.

Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple product categories, supporting the Production Manager with the management of the full leather goods and accessories production process internally and externally.
  • Support the Production Manager to plan seasonal production capacity with vendors.
  • Check invoices and make sure that all details are correct
  • Code invoices and add them to the production Excel tracker and approve them into the Finance system
  • Create ASN for finished goods and packaging in the system and liaise with the warehouse accordingly
  • Keep up to date PO’S delivery dates in the system for both finished goods and raw materials
  • Make sure that raw materials stock is always up to date in the system for both factories and head office
  • Count and split raw materials to be sent to the various factories
  • Issue raw materials stock transfers on the system
  • Issue PO ’s in the system for both raw materials and finished goods
  • Keep track in an Excel spreadsheet of all the customer returns and assist with the repairs
  • Order care labels and packaging products on external supplier platform
  • Download the seasonal BOMs from the system and edit the excel file as needed
  • Assist with material testing
  • Order production barcodes on external supplier platform
  • Help to coordinate production meetings for seasonal handover and send SMS and PP samples comments to the factories
  • Any other tasks as directed by the Production Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as production coordinator at a luxury or high-end Brand.
  • Strong knowledge of production methods, production cycle, leather, trims and hardware.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular an in-depth knowledge of excel is required; experience with RLM or similar systems is beneficial.
  • Experience in Raw Materials and Finished Goods quality control highly beneficial
  • Spanish and/or Italian highly beneficial
  • Experience of working with international factories
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines
