Fashion Personnel in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Accessories Technologist to join its growing technical team. The role focuses on accessories—bags, small leather goods, and soft accessories—and supports a broader homeware range.

The ideal candidate has hands-on accessories product technology experience and a good grasp of critical path management and supplier approvals. You will manage development, testing and compliance, working with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality

Formación

• Experience in accessories product technology.
• Experience with bags, small leather goods or soft accessories.
• Knowledge of product compliance and testing would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage technical development, product specifications and quality standards across accessories and homeware.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure products meet quality requirements and critical path deadlines.
• Review product testing, safety standards and compliance documentation.
• Oversee quality checks across both developed and bought‑in products.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure products are ready for sale.
• Work independently while collaborating with wider buying and technical teams.
