Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accessories product development.
• Strong technical knowledge of accessories materials, construction techniques, and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all samples are developed on time and meet specifications.
• Create and maintain line lists and price lists.
• Negotiate with factories and manage pricing from suppliers.
• Oversee prototypes, SMS, and pre-production requests.
• Research materials, components, construction techniques, and finishes.
• Conduct visual research, create sketches, prepare tech packs, and develop mock-ups.
• Identify quality control issues and implement processes to improve product quality.
• Regularly update the WIP report.
