Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components.

What will I be doing?
To undertake all Disassembly/Clean/Detail inspection/visual inspection and associated activities within Accessories areas. Carry out activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.

• Disassembly/Clean/Detail/Visual Inspection of all other SHE Accessories MRO equipment, and all associated assembly activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.

• Ensure that products and services meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities.

• Work in accordance with HSE legislation, the Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures.

• Actively demonstrate the Company Values & Behaviours.

Job Requirements

What do you need from me?
• Apprenticeship in Aerospace organisation or equivalent sector

• Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in the MRO/Aerospace environment

• MRO Detail inspection techniques and practices

• Mechanical Assembly techniques and processes

• Balancing theory (optional)

• Testing of components and assembled equipment (optional)

• 5s Improvements

• Aerospace environment

• MRO component Detail Inspection, Disassembly/assembly processes and practices

• Component Testing Experience
