Accessibility & Integrated Transport Manager

Overview

This role involves strategic planning and coordination to ensure inclusion, accessibility, and equality are embedded in Chiltern Railways’ services. You will develop and implement accessibility strategies, advise on Equality Act 2010 compliance, and foster relationships with industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and review accessibility and integrated transport strategies.
  • Lead the development of the Accessible Travel Policy and related documents.
  • Ensure delivery of Business Plan Commitments and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote best practices in accessibility and inclusion across the company.
  • Engage with industry forums and lead the Chiltern Railways Accessibility Group.
  • Develop partnerships to improve the end-to-end journey experience for customers.
Personal Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accessibility and inclusion projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Project management experience, including managing budgets and teams.
