Job summary

Clifford Chance in London invites applicants to join the ACCESS two-year development programme, designed to widen access to the legal profession through PRIME. No prior legal knowledge is required, only a genuine willingness to learn and engage with a broad network of mentors and lawyers across the firm.

Participants will experience launch events, hands-on workshops, and multi-week placements with top clients, gaining core business and professional skills while benefiting from dedicated support

Qualifications

• Year 12 (England and Wales), S5 (Scotland) or Lower Sixth (Northern Ireland).
• Meet two or more of the additional criteria listed (state-funded school, parent university attendance, free school meals eligibility, Education Maintenance Allowance and/or a 16 to 19 Bursary, etc.).
• You may have been in local authority care or a full-time or part-time carer.
• Accommodation and travel support may be provided where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year development programme with PRIME and ACCESS.
• Attend launch event and multi-week virtual/in-person sessions.
• Engage with a dedicated ACCESS mentor and lawyers across the firm.
• Build business skills and networking through coaching and university guidance.
